How booking works

Choose your date, build your cart with available court slots, upload your payment receipt, then wait for your official confirmation email.

Choose one or more courts and timeslots. All selected slots must be on the same date.

Your selected slots are held briefly while you enter details and upload your payment receipt.

Once reviewed, your official Project Pickle confirmation email lands in your inbox.

A few quick reminders from the umpire so everyone gets a smooth court experience.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Present your confirmation email as proof of reservation upon entry.

All bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be rescheduled once paid.

For bookings spanning past midnight, submit a separate request for the next day.
