Project Pickle is an outdoor court, so play may be affected by heavy rain or unsafe court conditions. Weather-related refunds are reviewed per court-hour and subject to verification.
Less than 30 minutes played: 100% refund for that affected hour
30 minutes or more played: 50% refund for that affected hour
Fully completed hours: non-refundable
Claims may require a staff-issued refund stub, QR rain log, or admin review.

Project Pickle Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. General Booking Terms
By proceeding with a booking at Project Pickle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon successful submission and payment verification.
2. Use of Facilities
All players must use the courts responsibly, follow posted rules, and avoid conduct that may endanger others or damage property. Project Pickle reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate rules, disrupt others, or act inappropriately.
3. Assumption of Risk
Pickleball and related activities involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, injuries from physical exertion, and accidents caused by outdoor court conditions. Players voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur while using the facilities.
4. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Pickle, its owners, staff, representatives, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
Any personal injury, accident, illness, or medical condition;
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
All players participate at their own risk.
5. Weather and Outdoor Conditions
Project Pickle is an outdoor facility. Weather interruptions, rain, wet surfaces, wind, heat, or other outdoor conditions may affect play. Weather-related refunds are subject to the inclement weather policy shown on the booking page.
6. Refund Policy
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Refunds are granted only for verified weather-related disruption under the official inclement weather policy. Non-weather-related cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and customer-initiated changes are non-refundable.
7. Verification of Claims
Project Pickle may verify all refund requests and may require supporting proof such as a QR rain log, staff-issued refund stub, or other administrative records. Claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent may be rejected.
8. Punctuality
Players are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals do not extend booking time, and time lost due to late arrival is non-refundable.
9. Damage to Property
Players may be held liable for intentional or negligent damage to courts, equipment, fixtures, or facilities.
10. Amendments
Project Pickle reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11. Agreement
By checking the agreement box and proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver. This agreement constitutes a binding waiver of liability.
